The lacquer finish is warn in many places and there are a few small dings here and there. It comes with a mouthpiece(may not be the one pictured) and a used, modified King case. This is an example of a Couesnon Flugelhorn, serial number 75574. This horn is a precise player it slots very well and has very good intonation. This instrument is not lacquered therefore, this instrument may have to be polished periodically (we recommend using Weiman METAL Polish). The slide action is very good and the stockings are very good, but with a very minor crease on one of the tips. There is some light scratching throughout, but with slight pitting at the grips. There are a few pings on the instrument with a light wave on the right side of the bell engraving. The bell is made of Olds Rey-o-loy brass, with solid nickel silver and red brass braces. We have tried to describe it as it is, and have shown what we can in the pictures allowed.
